Very small room we got, no view at all. Inside the room feels claustrophobia. We bean leaving room early and coming back late, just to sleep. You can here neighbors, when they take shower or using toilet…. Feels like in you they are in your room… In the picture it’s a view from the window…

I got a quiet room, it was very nice decorated, big bathroom. The staff was very professional and friendly. Metro station nearby and close to Place de Cataluna for the exclusive shops and sightseeing with houses of Gaudí. I had a very pleasant stay and hopefully till next time.

La cama era muy cómoda, lo único bueno. Sabanas con agujeros y pelos (dos veces), cortinas manchadas, la tele no funcionaba y habitación minúscula. No se parece en nada en la foto. El desayuno es una estafa, es café y pan.

Me arruinaron un viaje de placer...Pésimo servicio

Es la peor experiencia hotelera que he tenido. Y no tan solo por no contar con aire acondicionado en ningún dia de mi estancia, si no por el mal trato de la persona que estuvo en recepcion los dos últimos días de mi estancia, malas caras, malos modos al responder, imposible hacerlo moverse de su silla para verificar fallos de ellos, en el desayuno "bufet" solicite servilleta un dia y su respuesta fue: "si ahí no hay pues no hay" El último dia no habia ni cubiertos, su respuesta fue que no tenia incluido el desayuno y, aunque en ultima estancia podría cobrarmelo si fuera el caso, le mostre mi reserva pagada con desayuno incluido, ni por esas, se fue a seguir jugando con su movil a recepción, no se que le ha molestado más, si el que le haya hablado en catalán (tan solo por ser empatico siendo que estaba en Catalunya) y fueron cuatro palabras básicas que yo que no hablo catalan las aprendí muy rápido por lo comprensibles al castellanoparlante o que soy de origen latinoamericano, pero cualquiera de las causas seria denunciable. Los otros recepcionista si bien amables e intentaban dar un buen servicio no contaban ni con las herramientas (no pudieton abrir la ventana de mi habitación para que me entrara algo de aire porque no encontro la llave) ni la capacitacion para el trabajo que desempeñan. De ninguna manera se deberia calificar 4 estrellas un hotel que no cuida la calidad del servicio que presta su personal.

HOtel non negli standard dei 4 stelle, almeno di quelli che conosciamo in Italia. Camera minuscola, non c'è spazio per passare da una parte all'altra del letto. bagno ok ma senza finestra, senza aspiratore, senza altre piccole cose che fanno la differenza (come per esempio la cordicella per sollevare il tappo della vasca da bagno) appena entrati in camera un rumore assordante di un trapano (è andato avanti per 1 ora abbondante) non ci ha consentito riposare. prezzo altissimo per il valore vero della camera.

Personnel accueillant et souriant. Chambre globalement confortable. Toutefois aucune vue (cours intérieur donnant sur des façades peu agréables) et l’hôtel est mal insonorisé. Cela suffit pour 3 nuits mais en tant que 2 ou 3 étoiles max.

Gutes Angebot für gute Lage

Das Angebot war gut, für die zentrale Lage und Freundlickeit sogar sehr gut. Ein paar Kleinigkeiten trüben das Bild ein wenig. WLAN im Zimmer fast ohne Empfang, kann natürlich sein, dass das nur in dem einen Zimmer so ist. Doppelbett sehr schmal, deshalb lieber zwei Einzelbetten buchen.
