Room was ok, however the bathtub to take a shower wasn’t looking very clean( had marks). The staff is very friendly, 24 hour reception, with helpful and welcoming staff. However they charge €11 for parking a night which in my opinion should’ve been lesser or free for guests. The ac worked fine, the bed was clean and comfortable.

Nice hotel in small vist town with good possibilities for eating out in one of the many restaurants. Large areas as Well inside and outside for relaxing and possible to Meet and enjoy together if you are a group. Easy to get to Barcelona by car. We were 2 colleagues for 5 days on business trip and we were Very satisfied with the hotel.

Loved it!! I would return of I came back!

Great overall stay. The rooms were very nice, a bit on the small side, but nicely decorated and clean. The bed was soft, the shower was hot with good water pressure. The pool was AMAZING!!! The common spaces were beautiful. The food was just ok (personally) but they served 3 full meals a day on site. For less than €20 person (app, main & dessert). The town was soooooooooo cute!!! Plenty of places to eat, shop and hangout. The wifi was great! The hallways were outdated and run down (ONLY THE HALLWAYS) not the common spaces or the rooms. I had to trust the process with this! LOL

Room was very clean and basic. No tea/ coffee facilities in the room. Breakfasted is poor Garden and pool are lovely but there is no way to get a coffee or drink while in the garden. Asking for a coffee outside of breakfast time is met with an adverse attitude by the staff. Other hotels are more expensive but worth the extra cost

Even tho it’s 40 min away from Barcelona I think it was worthy staying there, it’s quiet, staff are friendly and tried to help in whatever we needed. I rented a car and there’s a free parking like 4 min walk from the hotel and yes the hotel has their own parking $11 per night but I wanted to save some money but I know I still had to walk from their parking to the hotel. I felt safe, I used to arrived to the town and hotel 5am, 4am or 3am and I felt safe to walk the town. They also have their own spa which I got to go and it was relaxing and cheap.

We have just enjoyed a wonderful week at this hotel. We stayed in the family room which overlooked the peaceful garden and pool area. The room was big, clean, the beds comfortable and the room had air conditioning which was a must! The highlight of the hotel are the gardens and pool area, which are exceptional. I had read poor reviews of the staff but I found all to be very kind and pleasant. If you are wanting a bustling hotel in Barcelona this hotel is not for you - if you are wanting elegant, peaceful charm 40 mins bus from the main city this place is perfect. We loved the village, which had a great selection of restaurants. We stayed during the week of the major festival, Escaldarium, which was fantastic! We will be back, this hotel really is for those needing a peaceful break away from the crowds of Barcelona.

The first thing that happened my friend and I put our shoes in the closet and then somehow it leaked a lot a lot of sewage water and completely ruined my shoe when I explained to them in their native language btw they didn’t do anything didn’t compensate me or even cared honestly the women at the reception they didn’t care about service they were just there and then our toilet stopped flushing on the first day and it started to smell very very disgustingly and I told them the toilet doesn’t work and it smells but like before my complaint was met with confusion or almost not a care in the world and they didn’t fix it only until we met a great guy who works night shifts with a blue suit he was so helpful and caring he gave us another room and was also surprised they didn’t even write it down when I complained earlier so yes our stay was less then good

Very disappointing experience

I have booked this hotel for a week thinking it was in Barcelona, however it turned out to be a small village in Spain, 40mins away from the airport. Luckily I booked it as full board. Upon arriving the staff were helpful and quick to check us in. We went straight to lunch and the sardine and the cod meals we had were raw. I wasn't sure whether this was intentional or lack of skill as I have just arrived in the hotel&country. We were then offered coffee. We went to the room and there was NO Facilities in the room. A simple kettle, sugar, tea bags/coffee sachet would be minimal however there was NOTHING,similarily in the bathroom except clean towels. We came down for dinner and it was another awful experience. The hotel had a spa facility, initially I was told that the spa was part of my package but then upon enquiring there is a fee of €38 for the sauna, indoor pool and everything else for 1hr use. On the same night I decided to stay another night and leave the hotel because we literally just had the facility of the room and the food (full board). The following day it was the same menu as the day before, so I asked if it was the same chef, which it wasn't, so I ordered another dish and the food came out outstanding, again I was offered a hot drink. In the evening there was new senior waiter, I ordered my food and after I asked for coffee. He asked me to pay. When asked reception they said ONLY WATER is free, coffee and Tea aren't. That made me more determined to leave.
