Definitely not what we expected! Nobody works at the reception desk 24/7, just limited hours throughout the day. The room we stayed in was nicely decorated, but very dirty…black mold on wall in shower and dirty floors throughout that make your feet/socks filthy. Rain shower didn’t work, and the shower door leaked water all over the floor. The location is very sketchy and we questioned our family’s safety on multiple occasions. Bath towels and one hand towel provided, but no wash cloths. Would not stay here again.

Stunning, spacious property. Thin walls, can hear other people in the building but not at night and slept well. Outside the apartments didnt feel safe and its quite a run down/poor area. However only 10/12 min walk to metro which then is easy to get to Barcelona centre.

Perfect for a cheap stay in Barcelona. Walking distance to 2 metro stations 5-10min which is perrect. Rooms are clean, but there was no room service, which was okay for us, as we only used the room to sleep and shower. The hotel is very modern and environmentally friendly, which we loved! However, the surroundings made us feel a little unsafe, as it was a very rough Indian district. Anyways, the staywas great!

The front desk staff was incredibly helpful for the last minute booking due to travel issues. It is cute and clean. I like the privacy feeling from other guest. We had two adults and two teenagers in the room. It was a little cramped but we really only needed it for sleeping. It had a kitchen, which was great for saving money. The neighborhood was a okay. It is bit chaotic and I dont recommend driving. Public transit is awesome and you can walk to a lot of place.

It was full of bugs and felt really gross staying there, when we told the front reception he said the bugs are normal. We were freezing at night and only had 1 sheet to cover us , no comforters . The area was alright not much to do and not safe to come back to late at night. The beds were very uncomfortable and the water gets cold if a family of 4 are showering by the last person it is cold. do not recommend this place.

Was not able to reach someone at the time we wanted to check in even the check it was at two but our flight came in early so we was at the location about 930 and an email came in and said that they will be available from 7 AM to 11 PM and when we came in no one was available to answer the phone call to be level to answer the doorbell and for us being in this country for the first time we was not able to get it from anybody so we had to result into checking into another hotel that was available for us

This property is located quite a distance from the main Barcelona city, however, the Barcelona attractions are a train ride or bus ride away. I had not realized the location when I booked. I booked a stay for six people. The space we were given was meant to accommodate 8 people however, there was only 1 bathroom. This facility is not suited for more than one family being that there is no privacy in the place. There were 3 beds all in one room, a set of bunk beds were separated by a wall. There wasn’t a living room so we pretty much laid in the beds when in the room. Also, I didn’t realize that the unit was on the fourth floor. There was no elevator to get there and the stairs were pretty steep with reduced hallway space. Not suited for anyone with knees or mobility problems. Overall cleanliness was ok and the staff was friendly enough. I had never been to Spain but knowing what I know now, I wouldn’t stay at this location again.
