Very unprofessional stuff.

When we arrived the place they have tried to Offer us shared bath room even we have booked with private bath room. The receptionist who helped us for check in was really unhelpful about this and didn’t try to take no responsibility at all. In the end we have sent the emails to the office and they gave us the key for the bathroom so it was private for us. But they should have someone more responsible and professional on receptions as they charge over €70 for a night to stay in this place and for the price they really need to improve for the service, The guest house it self is clean and in a good locations. But I wouldn’t recommend to stay in this place.

Geteiltes Badezimmer viel zu klein. Waschbecken minimal. Kein Hacken im Zimmer um die nassen Handtücher aufzuhängen, Es war schwer das Passwort für die WLAN zu finden, da keine Rezeption. So etwas muss beim Check-in mitgeteilt werden. Lage ideal und ruhig. Nettes Personal.

Aceptable, hecho atroz por el servicio.

Demoraron más de 15 minutos en abrir, no tenían nuestro nombre en la reserva, contaban historias al respecto, en lugar de resolverlo. Tuve que contactar con Hotels.como para que con ellos resolvieran el problema. La señora que atendía parecía haciéndonos un favor. La habitación ya estaba disponible, pero nos hicieron esperar cuatro horas porque ese era su horario de checkin. No veo cómo no podían priorizar la limpieza de esa habitación para que pudiéramos dejar nuestras cosas un poco antes. Para un establecimiento que en todo lo demás es apenas aceptable, le vendría muy bien compensar con un buen servicio. Per el servicio arruina la experiencia completamente.

La ubicación es perfecta. Buena calefacción. Buen tamaño e iluminación en la habitación. Lo que no nos gustó es que la puerta del edificio y del guest house siempre está abierta. No hay presión de agua y la ducha apunta a la pared.

En general el hostal está en buen estado apesar de ser un edificio antiguo, la incomodidad fué por que que se realizo por la pagina hoteles.com el cual no describieron bien las caracteristicas de la habitación , ya que habiamos solicitado una cama doble con baño privado y al llegar al lugar nos asignaron una habitación sin baño privado y sin cama doble , nos dieron dos camas sencillas las cuales fueron muy incomodas ya que viajabamos en Pareja y los colchones no son tan comodos, igualmente habia una cama que sonaba cada que te movias por tal motivo no pasamos buena noche y nuestra decision fué irnos al dia siguiente de haber llegado , ya que la habitación no habia cumplido con nuestras expectativas.

It is a comfortable stay in a central area. Close to tourist activities, restaurants, and some local life. It doesn’t have all the amenities of a hotel, but overall satisfying.

La magie cachée ou le cache misère

Passé 2 nuits... Juste déçu de ne pas avoir pris l'assurance annulation. N'a de jardinet que le nom et de maison d'hôtes que... Rien du tout car c'est juste un appartement dont les chambres sont loués à la nuit avec des draps propres... Juste que pour des chambres seules minuscule, avoir des jours énormes dans les portes coupe directement le peu d'intimité possible. Toilettes dans la seule sdb de l'appartement pour les 4 chambres, pas d'accès à la terrasse en photo dans l'annonce, suspicion de fumée dans ma chambre pour un paquet de clope vide. Menace de réclamation de 200€ pour nettoyage spéciale pour cette suspicion quand la chambre à des violentes traces d'humidité, une seule fenêtre simple vitrage donnant sur le vide technique des conduites d'egoutage de tout l'immeuble, le bruit des climatisation toutes les 30 secondes comme si on perçait un mur à côté jour comme nuit... Le charme du séjour a été gâché...

Every thing was bad, except the location.

The washroom sink is the size of a soup bowl, the counter is one half of a small suitcase,shower stall is dark, small, only item was provided is a bath / shampoo dispenser. There were only one 1/4 size of a suitcase table in the room, The price that we were charged were the highest of all our other stays but it was the worst !!

Awful awful awful hostel

We did not have one nights sleep, this hostel ruined our whole holiday and experience. The doors were like a cupboard door that constantly banged, the balcony doors were so thin all we could hear was traffic. The pillows had no support whatsoever and felt like there were a few bits of cotton wool in there, it was more comfortable without one. One day the water would not go down in the shower, we flushed the toilet and faeces, as well as toilet roll came up in to the shower where I was standing. We asked for this to be sorted, we were told that maintenance would be called but they never attended. Therefore the bathroom and room stank and we had to use a shared bathroom in a different part of the hostel, even though we had paid for a private bathroom. It was disgusting and inhabitable. There should be better standards than this. I have been back packing and stayed in many hostels but this is the worst I have experienced, and at £100 a night I think it's disgusting. Completely ruined our trip.

UNA VERDADERA ESTAFA!!!

Lo compré como un Hotel de 3* y es de sólo 1*, además lo adquirí con baño privado y cuando llegué me dijeron que era compartido y externo a la habitación, despues de protestar solo accedieron a darme la llave del baño para no compartirlo, pero para usarlo, debía pasar por frente del lugar común de desayuno. Solicité cama doble y me dieron 2 individuales, y cuando hice el check in solicité me facilitaran utilizar al baño porque venia de varias horas de viaje, a lo cual el personal me informo que NO podía porque estaba sucio! A todos mis reclamos respondieron que reclamara a EXPEDIA que eran los responsables de informar mal

This hotel charge 2 nights for only one night stay. No check in after 10pm. Still accept 2 nights payments even we confirmed late flight arrival. No wifi, no bathroom in the room - everything opposite to what described from Expedia booking site

Nice hotel, close to everything

The hotel lived up to our expectations. We just needed a place to sleep and get a shower without it being a hostel in which you had to share a bedroom. The location was great - close to everything without being in a noisy, party area.

Small room, Location was nice

It was good overall but bed was very small for two persons. Detached bathroom, earlier checkin staff said we have shared bathroom but on my insistence, she provided separate one but it wasn’t attached to room.
