房間及清潔一切還好，但，最重要是員工質素問題。 一位名叫Javier的前台員工極不合作，態度散漫。 housekeeping打掃房間時，把我們由香港帶來的酒杯收走了，我們前往前台查詢想找回失物。 這位Javieｒ首先說所有杯子都拿去清潔了,可能在餐廳裡,叫我們不如自己進餐廳找找有沒有我們的杯子，又推說我們不可能找回，因為所有杯子都一樣。 由於我們在首天入住時有光顧過他們的餐廳，知道他們的杯子是有品牌的，而我們的的杯子是什麼都沒有，應一目了然 我們當然非常不滿及不憤，是你酒店把我們的杯子弄丟？為何要我們自己去找？ 於是，我們要他幫我們找，2小時後我們吃完晚餐後再回來看看會否已找到 2小時後，我們再回來，他竟然什麼也沒做，也沒有跟餐廳員工說 我們表示極度不滿，他才找來餐廳員工來跟我們說話 其實我們只想找回自己原有的杯子 經過多番氣憤的對話，他竟然可在5分鐘內找回我們的杯子 若當初我們2小時前跟你查詢時你願意幫助我們，有可能浪費我們這麼多時間嗎?

好订网客服太垃圾
酒店很不错，但是好订网的预订系统非常垃圾，必须差评！到店过后我们被告知找不到订单信息，拨打客服电话无论是中国还是西班牙客服都无法接通，最后僵持了很久酒店才在电脑里发现了没被确认的预定邮件。可以说双方都有责任，但是好订网的客服真的是遇到过的最差没有之一！

We loved our stay here. The staff were all so kind and friendly, Ramon who took our bags, Priti at the spa, Merce at breakfast and Miguel at the pool. The spa is lush and well worth a visit, we spent a lot of time snoozing in the very comfy beds or on the rooftop terrace in the sun. The view from there is great and the pool was clean and warm. The hotel organised an egg-cellent Easter egg hunt which my daughter thoroughly enjoyed. We would definitely come back to visit again and enjoy this very nice hotel.

Great Stay
Great customer service, fabulous large room with great facilities and amenities. Check in with Luis was excellent. Dinner was a little limited in menu choice for me, although I could access the room service menu. Lovely reception and bar area with an amazing fire given its winter. Fab roof terrace which would be amazing in the summer. Overall great stay and excellent staff

Could do better for 5 star hotel
For a 5 star hotel it’s lacking. Things should be completely seamless and comfortable yet it was not. Here is what happened: 1) I was meant to get a free upgrade but was charged for it until I flagged it with them. 2) they charged me again for my accommodation on checkout even though it was pre paid on hotels.com and if I didn’t raise it they wouldn’t have picked it up. 3) complimentary razor in the bathroom was used inside the box. 4) wind was whistling through the windows a lot. Given that Barcelona can get windy this should have been taken care of. 5) WiFi was very unstable and weak. Tried to video call and work online but internet was too slow. 6) no water in the fridge in the gym. 7) porter didn’t collect luggage from the room until I went downstairs even though I called reception 15 minutes prior.
