The staff was extremely helpful; they were able to help us with getting excursion tickets and addressing our needs. When there was an issue with the fire alarm going off by mistake three times in one night, the staff listened to our concerns and addressed the issue quickly to our satisfaction. Although the room was clean, we were surprised at how small it was. There were only shelves in the small closet for clothes, and we could only hang three items in it because the angled hanging bar was installed where only two of the five hanger holes were useable. We had to leave the rest of our clothes in our suitcases. The bathroom was so small only one person could occupy it at a time, you could rest your head and arms on the sink while sitting on the toilet, and the toilet was in the way of getting into the bathtub. The bed was comfortable, but we never really got used to the sound of the water leaking from the toilet. The breakfast was well stocked, and the breakfast staff friendly and helpful. The evening bartender was also helpful and friendly, and the drink prices reasonable. The lounge had both indoor and outdoor seating, which made for a great place to relax.
