My husband and I were 100% pleased at check in and then seeing our beautiful room with balcony. Additiinally, we were so excited to explore, after we got into the hotel and realized that there was a museum and history tied to the structure which we could view all the way down many meters below. Excellent 5 star experience all the way.

Amazing Staff and location! Everything was super clean and modern. They gave is a balcony and it was fantastic! The only thing I would say is it was a little noisy at times but that goes with where you are in the Old Gothic area of the city. The location balances out that part Id give for value location staff and charm a 9.3/10
