It wasn’t great. And I don’t even care that the room is small. I expect that in Europe. But you’re in the hospitality business, provide some hospitality. There were no tissues in the room, I had no control over the temperature in the room other than a ceiling fan. Even though there is air conditioning, I couldn’t control it. They didn’t provide any shampoo, and the packets of liquid soap they provided wasn’t even enough for one person to fully bathe themselves. Most importantly, I think they overcharged me which I will figure out when I get back to the states. According to Expedia I was to pre-pay for the stay and only pay city taxes when I got to the hotel, approximately €40. But in actuality I was charged for the second of my two nights AND the city taxes. Location is great with easy access to Metro, which is very easy to use in Barcelona.
