Location-it is located in a quiet and safe neighbourhood near lots of high ened shops and close to Casa Batlló. The apartment was good for what we needed to use it for. A base to retire to after sightseeing. Despite their being manay large groups using the hostel/hotel adjacent to the apartments we never heard any noises. It is close to many restaurants. We had great meals at 3 local places. There are many coffee shops close by too. Cleanliness- It was clean, the bathroom was modern although the shower basin could fill quickly with water. Comfort - the bed was comfortable but the apartment only had enough plates/bowls for 3. We were a party of 4. This was slightly annoying. Check-in - it was slow and at 3pm, when check-in opens it may have made sense to have had more than 1 person checking everyone in. (Hostel, hotel and aparthotel all check-in at the same desk)

Roof Crawlers

Imagine walking into the room with a view of the balcony and the tip of the famous "Sagrada Familia" tower and two young men walking across the roof outside of the balcony, shirtless due to the heat wave. I felt unsafe and immediately walked to the balcony; the young men froze. "Why/what are you doing on the ceiling of that Roof?" The boys were nice, I wasn't even mad, I didn't call the front desk. Their other friends were is the room next to ours, and they were using the roof as their own personal alleyway. That's what you get at a HOSTEL family hotel. I would still recommend the place for the staff and location.

The apartment was lovely, and it had a beautiful view of the city, but the staff were not friendly. We requested an apartment for four ppl, yet only had bedding for 2. Once I asked them to fix the issue, they came to our room and only fixed one more bed. We kept calling the front desk when we came back, but no one responded.
