The hotel was extremely basic with no special amenities. There wasn’t even a kettle, and although there was a hot water dispenser in the room, there were no cups or coffee provided. The bathroom and other areas showed signs of poor maintenance. Additionally, since it was an online hotel with no on-site reception, support was unapproachable. The main issue was the Wi-Fi: multiple passwords were given, none of them worked, and I had to rely on mobile data. This led to extra costs and a lot of stress, especially since the doors were app-controlled and I couldn’t get in at times. Overall, the experience was very frustrating and disappointing.
