I had a great stay, super clean and new rooms, everything very organized. Comfortable room and super good bathroom with an incredible shower. My room had a view of the sea, beautiful! It's worth it, super attentive staff.

Overall a good stay Fresh/new. Equipped w a small kitchenette with Microwave and fridge. Comfortable bed and great AC! Close to the beach A nice big common area to eat and socialize. The staff is friendly and the breakfast was very good. I would only recommend the rooms have a small lamp :) next to bed. Gracias!

Amazing new hotel/residence in Mataro, close to Barca, excellent choice, despite of lack of clients feedback. There was a slight confusion about the underground parking, but was promptly resolved, thanks. Grocery supermarket and walking park next door. Highly recommended, great pricing, thank you again

It was a nice hotel/studio we enjoy. It is close to one of the beach in Mataro, bus station and some super markets. The staff is very kind and always smiling. They have quite nice breakfast. We gave full stars for the accomodation however there are something to be improved. For instance, the housekeeping service can be included in the price for long term stay at least once in 3-4 days. Also, i would like to have a kettle in the room to make tea or coffee.

Lovely place to live lovely location the beach everything is okay. Just some item is missing from the apartment. No kettle to make tea. And some questions can be answered by the staff, but no complain lovely place to live. I will come back again.

Lovely new accomodation, strange experience

The Aparthotel is brand new, with modern facilities that are perfect for short and longer term stays. While the room was comfortable, there are things that it lacked that I would expect for any accomodation. Providing clean towels, made beds etc. The room was tidy upon arrival but these things weren't done during the rest of the stay. Having cooking facilities is a bonus but weren't used. The other thing to note is I really struggled to book an Uber or Bolt during my stay. As it rained heavily, walking was not ideal. I didn't have a car. Getting a bus into the city centre was easy however as the accommodation is outside of the city (about 45 mins by bus) the restaurants located close by (20 minutes walk) require a taxi as it rained. Overall, I think they are still getting their heads around people stay there as part of their holiday. They Aparthotel is used by people on a longer basis. Communication was also an issue sometimes due to the language barrier. The continental breakfast (as it is described' is not great.

If you want a quiet and walkable area near the beach. Close and far away from the main attractions, this property is good. It was not what i expected especially from the pictures shown. There is no ocean view due to the trees and the entire bathroom floor gets wet when you shower
