I wanted to enjoy this hotel more. The pool view is what I enjoyed. However, there were not enough chairs to accommodate the guests and we had to sit on the uncomfortable wall. The keys continuously did not work for the elevator. When asking for help, it wasnt the easiest. On my last night stay, the housekeeper forgot to give me a bathmat. Having a restaurant on the location was ideal but I did not enjoy my meal. Again I wanted to love this place because it’s newer but it didnt meet my expectations

My wife ordered room service. She waited, no food. She walked down to lobby, no phone in room, and the food was waiting there. No one told her that she had to pick it up. Room service I guess doesn’t mean service to your room. It was cold by then. After checking out we discovered that the hotel charged her credit card for the room even though we had paid in advance through Expedia. Sent several messages to the hotel but they will not respond. Is this typical in Spain or is this just a horrible hotel. I would not recommend staying there.

This Hotel is only if you need a place to sleep. No services are provided. You can only get water from a vending machine, the don't even offer complementary coffee. The rooms are bare basics and the Air only works when you are in the room. The Hotel is far from everything and its more expensive to even get a taxi or an U er. If you just want a room to sleep than thats your spot but I wouldn't recommend it otherwise.

Pool at the roof top is excellent. 2nd day , night middle age (50) person kind of rude. Need to walk (20min) to Metro subway to see good places. Ledl store just stone away. But overall stay is very good. Daytime desk people are so helpful.

Views from the pool roof top are amazing, you can even see the Sagrada Familia from there. Great restaurant and affordable prices! Bus stop close by, easy to get to the city.Peaceful and quiet, highly recommend.

First time here, I believe the hotel only opened at the start of 2026. The hotel itself is very nice, all very modern and nice looking. Rooms aren’t huge but all clean :) My key stopped working and you have to use your key to use the lifts so I was stuck on floor 19…I walked down the stairs…to find you need a key to access the reception floor so I went back up to the gym and asked a randomer to press the lift to 0 for me. The view from my room was spectacular, I could see all sights…go to the rooftop pool, the view is UNBELIEVABLE Theres also a local Lidl, it’s huge so go in there! There is a few building sites around but that’s because they’re building loads of new hotels in the area…you don’t hear ANY noise. It is a 30 min drive from the Sagrada/Barceloneta beach, but an uber was €15 so that was fine! Really recommend this hotel! There is a restaurant in the hotel, it’s nice but I’d recommend going into the city centre. Overall 9/10! Just got stuck with my key not working and the door to the stairs on my side of the building on floor 19 wouldn’t open!!!!!!!

In general good. Except for: Reaching the hotel on foot from metro is a bit difficult. You climb a slope for 15-20 minutes, which is not very pleasant after a long, tiring day. In 13 nights stay, they did not refill the shampoo, liquid soap etc. even one time. Shame. The lift is not very convenient. Room cards should be scanned to use but scanners work badly. Many people have problems.

Veldig fint rimelig hotell, man får mye for penger. Nytt/renovert, rent, med fint utsikt, veldig hyggelig personale. Supermarked og apotek er bare 2 min å gå. Kommer nok hit en gang til i neste år
