「Overall, this is a great option if you want to stay in the city center. However, the condition of the rooms and the overall feel of the hotel don’t really match a true 5-star standard. That said, the service is excellent and the staff were very helpful. One thing I found quite strange for a 5-star hotel is that there were no slippers in the room. Also, the toiletries shown in the hotel photos did not match what was actually provided. In general, it was still a good stay, but expectations...

「Very good hotel service, served with welcome drink, snack and apple, clean and large windows with good views. You must visit the Sunset bar, if you have time to enjoy a drink there, super!」

「The hotel is extremely beautiful. Location is greatly convenient too. Although it is in the no-vehicles zone the hotel was able to call you a taxi that can arrive outside, otherwise you will have to walk 3-4 mins tk the nearest main road which can be inconvenient if with a lot of luggage. Overall an awesome accommodation 」

「Check-in was permitted early which was SO appreciated. Concierge offered every service we could have wanted including advice on tours. I wish I had waited until checking in to book tours around Barcelona. I booked and paid for three tours two weeks earlier through Get Your Guide, and every one of those tours was rebooked to a time conflicting with another tour. Breakfasts at the hotel were great- fortified us for full days of touristing.」
