The staff was amazing. They were friendly and very helpful. We had missed our connection to arrive at our cruise and they were ready to help. We are so impressed with everything there. The room was clean, roomy and modern. The food was outstanding and drinks were plentiful. We would highly recommend this hotel in Barcelona. It is also close to many cruise lines.

Die Geräuschisolierung der Zimmer ist unzureichend. Anbei ist derzeit eine Baustelle und die Schiffe im Hafen sind auch nicht gerade leise. Also Ohrstöpsel mitnehmen. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und aufmerksam.

Lovely hotel inside however there is alot of building work going on at the back of the hotel, the breakfast buffet is amazing. However we decided one night to dine inside the hotel for dinner, both meals came out luke warm however we were that hungry we just ate them. Great for walking to popular areas and great transport links. Would highly recommend

Het is een prima hotel maar erg gericht op de zakelijke markt en daardoor niet sfeervol. We hebben de keuze gemaakt voor dit hotel vanwege de rooftop en het zwembad. Het zwembad was dicht en op de rooftop stonden alleen een paar vieze ligbedden waar we daardoor ondanks het prachtige warme weer niet even lekker van het uitzicht konden genieten. Hiervoor is ook geen enkele compensatie voor aangeboden, zelfs een late check out van 2 uur later was niet mogelijk.

DO NOT STAY HERE
I travel internationally all the time. I chose this hotel because the one in Madrid was on point. I don't know if these are paid reviews but I definitely VERIFY THIS is NOT a 5* hotel. Photos are attached. LOBBY At the entry point, the lobby is dimly lit with dead flowers at the reception desk. Nothing was shiny. You know how most hotels try to give a "fabulous" first impression. Not this dump. THE ROOM I was tired. The only thing I was looking forward to was the great room experience I had at the sister property in Madrid. The room was poorly lit, possibly to hide the substandard house keeping and dirt. The towels were not bright white or fluffy but apparently old and over washed. The sheets were the same. I slept on top of the covers. FOOD I ordered room service. The pasta was dry and it was delivered in 5 minutes. I asked if it was prepared fresh. He said "Yes.." I smirked. The cheese wasn't covered and the dish had a red pasta sauce stain on it despite my pasta having no sauce at all. The mushrooms weren't cooked but strategically placed with sprinklings of an herb, possibly oregano. This is Spain where the expectation is fresh food and pasta. Nope. I'd question if the food was even clean Let's scoot over to the menu. Nothing for vegetarians and the vegetarian options on the menu was "tuna". WE DO NOT EAT MEAT or FISH. There weren't any vegan options whatsoever. STAFF Overall the staff was disheveled, not crisp and looking well put together... THEY seemed like t

Location is excellent, walking distance to La Rambla. Room was well equipped Room was not cleaned one day, cups for coffee maker did not fit, no price list for mini bar.
