"Colombias hidden oasis. This place is absolutely stunning! I’m so happy I chose this tranquil hotel. The view is breathtaking! The restaurant on site is top notch. The staff is incredible. Johnny and Juan Manuel are hard working and so polite and helpful. While staying there I tried Reike with Paula. I highly recommend you try this service. I felt so relaxed afterwards and quite stunned on how on point she was with what she could feel in my energy. Just be open minded and give it try! Our stay was more than I expected. I only regret we did not stay longer than the 3 days we were there for. We already miss waking up to the sound of birds and being immersed in that breathtaking view! "

"“My impression walking in versus leaving was a complete 180.” Let me start with the positives—and the reason you don’t need to stay overnight to enjoy this place. The food is absolutely delicious. You can make a reservation, take your pictures, and enjoy a beautifully prepared dinner and well-crafted cocktails. The food and drinks are easily 5 stars. The customer service inside the restaurant and spa was also warm and welcoming. Unfortunately, my stay changed my overall impression. I stayed for two nights, and while the rooms themselves are very nice, they are not soundproof at all. If you’re placed near loud guests, it can be extremely disruptive. When we first contacted reception, we were told the noise was coming from trees. It wasn’t until our second call that the receptionist realized our neighbors were actually having a party. Having to argue that the noise was not trees was frustrating and disappointing. The biggest issue, however, was related to why I came in the first place. I was considering this property as a potential wedding venue. I had scheduled a meeting with the wedding coordinator a month in advance, and they never showed up. I was left on read repeatedly with no follow-up or explanation. It was incredibly disheartening to not be given even basic respect or time, especially for a location with so much promise. It honestly made me question how I would have been treated had I actually chosen this place for my wedding. This property has so much potential"

"My family and I really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The hosts Sonya and JP were amazing, the room was perfect for my family, and the hotel was full of character and love. We even had an amazing meal where we had a smoked meat dinner that was prepared by the family. The hotel is a very social place where you can hang out in the main lounge and meet other travelers. We enjoyed a fire each evening which was a very nice touch! They have some wonderful animals at the hotels also, including a friendly cow, some beautiful birds, and a dog. I would highly recommend this hotel, we were sad to leave!"

"Hotel is way too expensive for what you get for. Location is close to the park but very noisy specially at night. Room sound insulation is nonexistent. You can listen to what is happening outside your room and in other rooms as well. Reservation system is bad. Look for other alternatives "
