"In general it is ok but my opinion it is not a Resort 4 stars. The staff is friendly but the rooms are not well kept and need maintenance. Insects of all kinds are found in the rooms. The location is not so far from the beach but if you want to go out in the evening for shopping or if you want to walk along the seafront there is nothing"
"Pulizia e Servizi di ristorazione (Bar, Ristorante) veramente eccezionali, ottima la posizione rispetto alla spiaggia , Personale gentile e disponibile a soddisfare il cliente. Da rivedere i lettini e gli ombrelloni (non vengono assegnati) , l'animazione poco coinvolgente, la forte presenza di zanzare che seppur non infastidiscono il soggiorno (siamo comunque immerso nel.verde) , sono tante e andrebbe ricercata una soluzione definitiva. The location is beautiful and peaceful — exactly what we wanted — but the service is not at 4-star level. Staff are kind but clearly overstretched. We were charged €8/day for parking with no alternative, which should really be included. Breakfast starts only at 8AM with no early option, and no water or coffee machine in the rooms. The spa was advertised but was unavailable during our stay, with no prior notice. The pool bar opened only after 1PM. The biggest surprise was the coffee: machine coffee was poor, and my first cappuccino tasted of salty water (likely tap water). Though the waiter apologised and fixed it the next day, this is unacceptable in an Italian 4-star resort. Staff also had loud arguments near guests. Room cleaning was basic: towels were changed but sheets weren’t, and floors weren’t properly cleaned. The food menu is very limited and expensive. Worst of all, during checkout they tried to charge us more than double (including parking again and items we didn’t order). Only after I asked to check the bill was it corrected. Beautiful setting, but the service, transparency, and quality need major improvement"
