Really enjoyed our stay at Isleview Motel and Cottages. At first I was afraid the location would be too far away from fun stuff in Bar Harbor, but once we got to Maine we realized it’s the perfect location near Acadia, a grocery store and places to eat (and actually we spent very little time in the town of Bar Harbor as it was crowded and chaotic there). The family running the cottages was very kind. Totally recommended.

We were looking for an inexpensive room somewhere near Bar Harbor, ME. This place fit our needs. We were in an upper room. It had a good bed, the A/C worked great, its own bathroom and was very clean. In the morning we would walk about ½ mile to the Bar Harbor free shuttle service. The shuttles took you just about anywhere you would like to go. We went to Acadia National Park and hiked a few days. We also went into town and went to several shops. We also enjoyed breakfast and dinner in town.
