"All the sheets and comforter and towels were clean. The only thing that would’ve made it excellent instead of good was the little kid the floor above our room ran around the room for about a half hour at 6:00am in the morning. Otherwise it was a great stay. I’m staying there again at the end of the week. "

"Polish Staff were friendly and attentive. The room could be cleaned better, same goes with the outdoor pool. We had an issue with the freezer with a foul smell that lingered in the room. They took care of it the next day. The iron had some icky black stuff on it and they replaced it right away. Overall, good location and surrounded by a lot of shops. "

"I stayed here with my family at the end of March and it was a nightmare. We ended up checking out after one night even though we booked the hotel for 3 days. The elevator didnt work, the pool heater didnt work, the a/c didnt work and the hot water didnt work. The "breakfast bar" is just bagels and cereal. I had to argue back and forth with the property manager and expedia for a refund for DAYS. The property manager lied and said I never expressed my concerns, which couldnt be further from the truth. Pick any other hotel. Seriously."

"Room was nice. Had dishwasher, fridge, and microwave for convenience. Staff very friendly and helpful. There is no turn down service unless requested. All lights are motion sense. You can turn the sensors off, except for the ones above the beds. Those lights are not bright, but can be annoying through the night. The maintenance guy did say you can request it be covered. The place also does not have true blackout curtains, but they do the job. Sea world is about a 6 minute drive from there. We will stay here again as our experience was positive."
