「The listing said there was Wi-Fi, but there wasn't. The bathroom light works, but the room light doesn't.」

「Stay was poor. Room was rundown and poorly maintained. The water in the sink was brown for several minutes. The sea view is too far away from the chalet to appreciate. Swimming pool was over run with kids. Food ( buffet breakfast )was average. I would give this place a miss and stay somewhere else closer to KLIA where we had to catch a flight from. 」

「Only one type of communication is through WhatsApp messages. Very hard to solve the problem. I’m trying to get my deposit refund but after a month, I’ve been trying to contact, still don’t get any answer. 」

「I stayed here for one night because it is near the airport, and I had to be up at the crack of dawn for my flight. They gave me early check-in at no extra cost, which was awesome! The pool was huge and a great spot to hang out at for the day. The room was comfortable and quiet. I had lunch and dinner at the restaurant since there wasn’t much else nearby. The food was a bit pricey but fine. Overall, worth it for the pool, and they have free shuttles (run on a schedule) to/from the airport.」
