「The only problem I encountered was that because I booked third party, they weren't flexible with my request to allow my cousin to check in on my behalf becauseI was running late and she needed to get dressed before the wedding. I had to stop, respond to the email request before she was allowed in the room. She drove over 3 hrs. and I drove over 5 hrs. and had lost 1 hrs. because I was coming from TN.」

「Beautiful Mountain Inn with cozy decor, nice size room, large bathroom with very nice shower which heats up quick and provides nice pressure. Bed is very comfortable and room has extra-large compact fridge with freezer compartment. One note Room 17 has loose toilet base and rocks slightly.」

「Our room had no carpet.... Just a concrete floor that wasn't very smooth or even. No ESPN. We didn't try the restaurant, but the reception area smelled good. Coffee available in lobby only. Our balcony overlooked the roof of lower portions of the facility. 2 bottles of complimentary artisan water come with the room, but they are glass bottles. That seemed odd with the bare concrete floor. Overall the experience wasn't bad, just a bit non-enchanting.」

「I asked for a first floor room. Little did I know that the first floor had about 5 or 6 broken stone steps going to it. The railing was very loose. The room smelled very musty until we turned the heat on. The beds and pillows were very comfortable.」

「We drove up early to attend Art in the Park, and asked if we could go ahead and park in the lot even though it was well before check-in. They allowed us to do so, which saved us from having to find parking elsewhere while we shopped Blowing Rock ! Very accommodating, and much appreciated」

「we had an excellent stay, the room bedding was excellent and cleaning. Also there is one separate sitting area/room which is luxury. The backyard has a patio table with chairs which is neat and peaceful. I liked it very much, it exceeded my expectation.」

「My 97-year-old Mother and I loved our stay at the Boone Sleep Inn. We had stayed at the Westin Hotel in TownCtr-VA Beach three nights before we arrived in Boone and the Sleep Inn was far better in every aspect. Breakfast (free) was fabulous and their sanitation rating is 100%!! We had fresh towels and beds were made each morning! I felt we were in a 5-star hotel!! I highly recommend The Sleep Inn-Boone!!」
