「Expedia had the wrong check-in time; I arrived just after 3:00, intending to check in and shower before a meeting, only to be told that check-in was at 4:00 and my room wasn't ready. The desk clerk, who appeared to be high, offered me another room when I told her I needed to make it to a 5:00 meeting.
