Comfortable stay

A very comfortable room. Spacious with large bed and good aircon. Ceiling fans would be good so the air on doesn't need to be run all night. No news channels on the TV. Overall very pleasant stay.

We loved our stay here! It was very quiet and safe. It was located close to a convenience store and a shopping center with great dining options.They also had great amenities, including a ride to the BTS station, toiletries, a pool and breakfast options. Washing / Dryer Machine Not Work Properly

I selected this room type because this room was supposed to have a washing machine in the room and I wanted to do my laundry. The washing machine (in the room the hotel assigned me), which is a washer/dryer combination, is extremely loud and did not dry my clothes. I ran the machine for almost the entire night and morning before checking out of the room, and by check out time my clothes were still wet. After I checked out of this room, two separate hotel staff confirmed that they knew the machine was not operating properly. Despite this knowledge, they put me in this room anyway without informing me of the problem. After I checked out of this room, one of the staff admitted it was the last room of this type available and that's why they put me in this room. Why would a property do this to a customer? It's bad enough that the property didn't provide a properly functioning machine but not telling me about it made it worse because I used the machine and was left with wet clothes in the room and wet clothes after checking out of this room.

客室は洗濯機がついてる部屋に宿泊しました。 部屋は快適で全く問題ありませんでした。ホテルから最寄りのBTSBangnaとBITECへ30分ごとにシャトルバンが出ます。最寄りのバス停から駅に行けますし、徒歩の場合は BTSBangna駅からBITECへのスカイウォークを通りBITECの中を一番端のActiveを出てHomeProの駐車場の奥からホテルにつながるドアがあります。1.8Kmほどです。

バイテック展示センターまで歩いて行ける距離です。最寄り駅までリムジンサービスもあり助かりましたし、フロントの方にも親切にして頂きました。すぐ近くにセブンがあるのも便利です。 ただ、ベッドサイドランプのつけ方がどうしてもわからなかったです。聞けばよかったのですが結局聞かずに終わりました。
