Staff is super friendly and helpful and speaks English, when I lost hot water twice they had it fixed within 5 minutes both times. Central location is awesome, great value. Nice cafe and restaurant. Free shuttle to Sukhumvit Road is awesome; take advantage. Just be sure to negotiate price with the laundry business if you get laundry done at any of the places nearby!

Small, quiet hotel in a convenient location near CentralWorld, with plenty of food carts and several 7‑Elevens just outside. The staff at check‑in and concierge were friendly and helpful, and the room itself was clean and generally comfortable. The bed was large with very soft pillows, but it was essentially two twin mattresses pushed together. The in‑room amenities were basic but useful: travel‑size soap, shampoo, body wash, conditioner, plus toothbrushes and toothpaste. There was also a decent‑sized safe that fit my laptop, a hair dryer, and some hangers, but no iron, slippers, or laundry service. My biggest issue was the air conditioning. It was loud and wasn’t working when I checked in, and even after it was fixed, it never got as cold as I would have liked. The bathroom layout was also awkward. The shower was spacious with a raised stone floor (which was good because the space underneath looked quite dirty), but the toilet was very close to the sink, and the towel hook was placed right next to the toilet, which felt unhygienic. On the positive side, the water pressure and hot water in both the shower and sink were very good. The room had a small balcony with no real view, but I liked the smart bedside control panel, which let me control all the lights in the room and balcony and also had an alarm clock function. For just over $50 per night, I’d say the hotel offers decent value if you prioritize location and don’t mind some quirks with the AC and bathroom setup.

There werw roches in the property. After complaining we were moved to different rooms and there were srill roahces there! The floor was alway dirty and seemed like is never mopped in between guest departure so no wonder there are roaches everywhere!
