Maybe good for someone who are homeless The guy who is the owner maybe 🤔 he is nice only the guests stay there is noway I will joy or share with people like that in my life.

our fabulous stay at SAMs Guesthouse

This guesthouse is very nice and the Eurasian family go out their way helping guests and provide tourist travel information. They have one wing like homestay, a few rooms very private and a more like hotel room wing. So for everybody something. Easy to get their from Morchit bus station or both airports linked by direct bus.

Not recommended

We had a very bad experience with this hotel and left after two nights though we booked for 6 nights. We tried to get our deposit back but no reception and no response. After one night they asked us to move to another room which was much smaller and discomfortable. Room was dirty, bed was much to hard and bathroom was flooded with water from somewhere which made it dangerous to walk on the floor. We still haven’t got our deposit back and gave up on them.

Our relaxed stay in Bangkok Jatujak

Very nice guesthouse that extended another floor and rooftop garden. They got rooms for any budget and cater meals or you can use their big kitchen and coock yourself use their office library even can barbecue on rooftop. Easy to reach by bus or train.

my pleasant stay in JJ Bangkok

nice laid back place in central Bangkok. Easy to get and the owner family are so friendly. They cater food or you can cook yourself. Got a small business center and library and easy to reach by public transport.

the place was nice and laid back and friendly staff. I felt like at home. very clean and they go out their way to help you with travel or shopping related matters. Easy to get too by direct bus from both airports and near to BTS and MRTA stations and main Bangkok bus station. They provide food or you can cook yourself.

Feels like I have a home in Thailand

I've done a lot of travel and this is the first time I really felt at home. Such a warm and friendly feeling. Sam has got plenty of entertaining stories, and will bend over backwards to make sure you are made to feel welcome. I originally intended to stay just one night, but after meeting Sam happily booked the rest of my stay there.

The place was conveniently located between Morchit bus station and Don Muang airport. Easy to find and reach by bus. Was clean and staff very helpful with arranging our onward trip and helped getting a visa fast. They also catered meals. We will go stay there again. I thought paid already online now forgot.

Goerge the owner who resides in his guesthouse was most accommodating; gave me orientation to the city and was always on the phone to guide me when I had some problems with directions. Very gregarious and knowledgeable man about Bangkok. A European expat, a former Buddhist monk, and married to a Thai, he is a most trustworthy host. The place is a no frills decent budget guest house, but George himself is a five-star host. He even helped me with my laundry. Will definitely find my way back to Sam’s Place.

A home and office away from home

This is a great Guesthouse and homestay combined. They are run by a Thai European family. They are very flexible and have many different room types. They also got a business center ideal for my exporting business. They arranged for shipping and packing, great. Also provide tourist shopping info Services Food can be ordered or as i did cook together with host.

Great location and interesting Guesthouse

This is a great Guesthouse and homestay. You can choose rooms with more privacy or socializing with guests and the eurasian family that runs the place. They are expanding. Very convenient location near weekend market linked to both airports by direct bus 555. BTS MRTA nearby bus stop in front many shops and restaurants nearby. Nice even got a small business center and library.
