Staff are excellent! So kind, helpful, friendly, flexible….they genuinely want you to be happy and satisfied. All staff are this way. They were so nice, I hated to ask them to do anything! I wanted to do things for them. The food for breakfast was absolutely delicious…aroi mak mak. So fresh and yummy with all the right Thai touches. Our only complaint was the door in the room that alternates between closing in the shower and closing in the toilet. It’s awkward, but we would stay here again in a heartbeat! We loved Sala. A tip: have dinner during sunset and watch them light up Wat Arun directly across the Chao Phraya River. It is stunning!

Nice hotel in a commercial area. Close to grand palace. Wat pho and wat arun. A few minutes walk to metro station Lovely staff and good food.

The staff went out of their way to make our stay a wonderful experience. The roof top bar was a fantastic place to watch the sunset. The breakfast was spectacular. We’ve already booked a return visit.

These three iconic sites are easily accessible from Sala Rattanakosin Bangkok. Additionally, it's just a 20-minute tuk-tuk or taxi ride to Chinatown or other areas of Bangkok. The hotel has a few downsides: no elevator, no parking lot, and it can get a bit noisy from 6 PM to 9 PM due to the rooftop restaurants. Special thanks to Can (Ken) and everyone else for arranging our van tour to Ayutthaya Historical Park for a day trip and providing airport transfer services. I would definitely return to this hotel whenever I visit again. Highly recommend booking the Wat Arun View Deluxe room for a stunning view of the river and Wat Arun.

Absolutely stunning views, modern room and furnishings, ultra clean and no odors from the river, super polite personnel. don't drive down the dead-end alley, pull up on the main street and call for service.

I had both lunch and breakfast in the hotel. Both times they had dirty plates. Had to ask for replacements. This is a really busy area so the surrounding is pretty horrible. The hotel is in a really shady alley. Standard room is really small and I asked for a towel for use and they wouldn’t give me. Both shouldn’t be an issue at this price level. Service is good. Overall OK but disappointed.
