這家酒店我已經入住了兩次，原因是酒店房間面對河景，無論日間或夜景都十分美麗，酒店設有泳池同健身室可以滿足我個人要求。鄰近商場同碼頭，可以坐酒店免費shuttle boat 到對岸 Iconsiam shopping mall 十分方便。

今次行程下榻呢間酒店嘅一房一廳，對住大河景，早晚景緻完美，比想像中好，交通方便，酒店有私家碼頭，有免費接駁船只須 4 分鐘，就到對岸大型新商場 ICONSIAM ，循環船另可接駁到沙吞碼頭搭乘 BTS 周圍去。 早餐 ＆ 晚餐自助餐款式多味道好，兩個泳池水質乾淨，前台服務好又有禮，夜晚樓下有多款掃街食品，附近按摩店林立，勁方便，酒店內 Spa 技師服務態度同手勢都好專業，值得一試，下次必定再嚟。

酒店客房設施多處老化，房間整潔度欠佳，地氈很污糟，房間和走廊出現意味，感覺很差。房間服務員清潔非常馬虎，雪櫃竟然有很多污跡，令人無法接受。窗簾殘夠遮光不足。淋浴間花灑漏水問題嚴重。自助餐環境很差又冇冷氣，服務員又清潔不足，餐枱污糟又唔會主動提供咖啡茶，提供餐茶連茶壺都沒有，只是給一杯熱水叫你自己放入茶包，從來嘅咖啡又畢業，感覺勁差，自助餐款式有不多。

Welcome staff annoying and needed big deposit for our stay. We got excess charges of our room rate . Waiting to be refunded. The charges posted from Expedia could have been enough. The extra deposit was not used and unnecessary because our credit card was handy in using the facilities. Restaurant was expensive.

Great place to stay. Beautiful hotel. Fabulous staff. Everything you could want is within walking distance and it’s totally safe. Hint though - ignore the taxi drivers that rush to talk to you when you exit the hotel. They charge double what the taxis that are 50 yards away!
