Location was good because it’s close to Platinum, Big C, December’s, Centralworld. Had no problem walking. Sidewalks are wide. A lot of spa, 7/11, street food stalls nearby too

The concierge was extremely helpful, the reception staff professional, the restaurant had excellent service and delicious food. The cleaning staff always ensured the hotel was spotless. The hotel was excellent value for money.
