清潔一般，有侍改善
下午四時已通知晚上才到，員工亦表示什麼時候也可入住，到達後才知道其中預定的三房賣給其他人（原因是客人剛生BB，身體不適)所以升級二個房間給我。但與酒店聯絡時沒有通知，有點失預算，房型不同，所以床位不夠，説好免費加床，但加了一張後就通知全酒店已沒有床。進房時空調像剛關掉，雪櫃還有食物，住了三天沒有補給紙巾。最後與經理會面，說沒有將情況通知員工，不太滿意酒店安排。

I have been travelling and booking different hotel for years. This is the wrost hotel that i have deal with. When u try connect with the manager or even the PR, they will choose not to repsonse as a reply.

價格適中，安靜舒適，是曼谷通羅地區的首選
很乾淨也不會吵，服務態度也很好 房間很舒適，床軟硬適中，採光空氣都算不錯 鄰近很多吃喝玩樂的地方，特別是日本村在附近，可以Shopping也可以晚上去喝一杯 小小的缺點是: 離BTS有距離，最好是叫飯店的嘟嘟車去接送 突然停電了一下子，不過備用電力馬上就接上來了，所以除了那十分鐘聲音有點大，沒有特別影響

方便，酒店後門就有百貨market，服務更是一級棒
酒店離BTS有點小距離，但是每次都有免費的酒店tutu車送我們到BTS，好玩又戴來了一整天的好心情。回酒店坐taxi也不用50泰銖。回程時，郵局放假，還幫我們寄postcard。給了郵費故意給多了點小費，還以為算錯還回來。最後才知道是小費開心的收了。這酒店服務真心棒

相片跟實際差好远，房間甚麽也没有供應，要催幾次才拿沐浴露到房間，訂的是套房，房非常大但很空洞
訂了三晚，住了一晚，已不想住，位置不方便，距離 BTS 好遠，相片和實際差太遠，有点失望，訂的是套房，大而空洞，房内甚麽也沒有供應，這樣的價錢太不值了，幸好爭取之下，Expedia 同意免費取消餘下兩晚，另訂酒店。

The staff were amazing! The Italian restaurant attached to the hotel was great! Awesome pizza and pasta. The room was huge and clean! The pool was a good size and a nice, chill area to hang out. Would recommend staying here.

직원들은 모두 친절하고 문제를 해결해주기 위해 노력하여 좋았습니다. 숙소 위치도 근처에 편의 시설들이 가깝고 조용하고 안전합니다. 지하철역까지 거리가 좀 있지만 호텔 전용 툭툭으로 이동할 수 있어서 문제가 되진 않았습니다. 그러나. -에어콘 곰팡이 냄새 심함. 습도조절 안됨. (조치 요청에 데톨스프레이를 왕창뿌려주고 감) -다른방 확인 후 확실히 더 나은 상태라 옮겼음 옮긴 방은 냄새도 덜하고 확실히 더 뽀송해짐. 그러나 이번엔 욕조의 물빠짐이 문제였음. -발밑에 물이 차고, 샤워커튼 없고 아무튼 물이 고이거나 넘쳐 물바다가 되는 그런환경임... -수영장에 아랍권애들이 다이빙하고 난리를 치는데 말리는보호자도 직원도 없음. 다른 투숙객에게 피해를 주는데 안전은 둘째치고 지키고 있는 사람조차 없음. 직원들 진짜 친절하고 룸 클리닝 해주시는분도 수건, 물 잘 넣어주시고 주방시설도 문제 없고 벌레 하나도 없어서 괜찮았는데.. 몇 가지 문제가 반복적으로 쾌적한 투숙에 방해가 되면서 실망스러웠음. 투숙시 뭔가 불편하시다면 곧바로 직원들에게 말하고 요청하셔서 조치 받으시길 바랍니다. 그리고 꼭 샤워기필터 챙겨가세요. (저희는 늦게 도착하고, 나가있는 시간이 많아서 말할 타이밍을 놓쳐 불편을 오래겪은 후 결국 옮겼습니다.)

Very nice place to stay. Room was great. Very comfortable and spacious. Helpful staff. Would stay there again. Only real issue (minor) was in the bathroom they could do with a shower screen and raising the height of the shower head. Not great for tall people and the water goes all over the floor.

3部屋予約して全て同じ値段だったのに1部屋だけ違うタイプの部屋で浴槽もなくベランダもなかった。 別の部屋はテレビも映らずシャワーからお湯が出なくて流れも水圧も弱い。 またスリッパが使い回しで不潔で交換を頼んだら違う使い回しのスリッパがきまきた。 このホテルは2度と予約しません。

Hopefully become better after renovation
Stayed here for the third time but probably the last. maybe it will get better with the renovation but right now it's just below par of other properties that can be found in the area. Positive things will always be the option of the kitchen and laundry machine in the room and decent location with supermarket next door.

가성비 좋은 곳입니다. 통로 지역 중에서도 상권 등 위치가 매우 좋은 곳이었어요. 근처에 맥도날드, 편의점, 음식점, 일식주점 등 편리하게 이용할 수 있는 곳이 많았어요. 엘리베이터도 있었고 서비스도 좋고 방도 넓고 침대도 크고 편안했고 무난하게 깨끗했구요. 3박하는 동안 어메니티가 일부 빠져있는 날도 있었지만 뭐.. 괜찮았습니다. 오후에 외출하느라 늦은 시간인데도 청소도 잘 해주셨구요. 다만 주변에 공사하는 곳이 있고, 윗층에 방청소를 하는지 가구를 끄는 소리 때문에 아침잠은 많이 설쳤어요.. 그게 제일 아쉽습니다.

Great location and service
Staffs were very friendly and helpful. Good daily cleaning service and room comes with all the necessary amenities making the trip comfortable. Great location with tuktuk service to Thonglor BTS. As we were on 2nd floor it was slightly noisy during the day due to construction on-going, but everything else is great and will be happy to come back again!

不喜歡：員工素質
パスポートの返却の際に別人物のパスポート渡されたため、それに気づかず空港まで向かい危うく飛行機に乗り遅れそうになった。返却時に確認をしなかったこちらにも否はあるがホテルとして謝罪もないし、ありえない事例。 ホテルとして信用ができないと思う。

rooms are big and well maintained. Quiet location but not near to BTS. Water pressure is a bit low.
