Where to start?
The positive is that the Hotel is at the very end of the Street, a long walk from Sukhumvit Road. That means it is rather quiet. The do have a tuk-tuk service to the main road.
The staff at check-in was friendly.
And the bed is ok.
But, the positive things stops there.
The rooms are old, outdated and very impractical.
Where do you switch off the light? After searching the walls I found it behind the television!
(NOT next to your bed.)
The air con is too cold all the time. You can only adjust the speed of the fan not the temperature, (unless you turn it off).
The drainage in the shower was overflowing.
Another thing: I asked at the reception to print two pages for my arrival card to another country.
Response: “we do not have that service here,” (the printer was standing next to the reception), “You have to go to an Internet cafe”.
Which is (of course) was far away, and I could not find anything where it was supposed to be.
Sure, the hotel is cheap, but there are even less expensive hotels in the area that are much better with better amenities, service and attitude.
No, I will not stay here again!
