Staff were super friendly and helpful. Everything was ok in the room except not very sound proof. Location was great as well. Was also pleasantly surprise that there was complimentary dessert served when we check out too. :)

Excellent service! Metz Pratunam Hotel has always been my go-to place whenever I am travelling to Bangkok because of the strategic location for a tourist to commute and shop. The staff was really helpful and friendly during our check-in and check-out session. In fact, one of the male staff speaks really good English so language isn't even a barrier for us whenever we are there. Would strongly recommend to stay here if you have travelling to Bangkok!

The location was excellent near the Platinum Mall and the Pratunam Night Market. The BTS station was about a 10 minute walk. The room was clean and quiet although a bit small. It worked because the layout was efficient. Loved the shower! Because the listing said laundry services, I expected to drop off at the front desk and have clean clothes the next day. Front desk told me that next day was fine. (Looking back, this was probably a translation issue.) But when I actually took my dirty clothes to them, I found out they don't have laundry services. The front desk sent me a couple doors down the street which turned out to be a coin op laundry. I didn't have time or want to spend time there. I went back to the front desk. This time I used Google translate, but they did not have an option for me. I wound up doing sink laundry.

A good 3 stars hotel which is very convenient to Pratunam Market, Platinum Mall, Central World, etc. Staffs are very friendly and helpful. Speaking English is not an issue. Price of stay is reasonable. Hotel is clean (clean also in that sense), Stayers are mostly from Singapore, Malaysia, Taiwan, etc. and no indians. I will give it a 4/5 stars, after staying for 7 days.

Welcomes the guest with high respect and warm hospitality. During check in, they will give you welcome drink. The room was very clean with adequate space for short holiday in Bangkok. They also provide Western style breakfast.

It is an older hotel. That is renovated on the outside and partially on the inside. My stay was good. It is clsoe the many amenites e.g bus stations, train stations, Pratunam night market.

Location ok...walking distance to pratunam morning market (within 3 mins) but to platinum fashion mall need 10mins.. Hotel within 2 mins hv foot massage & 7-11. C/in day aircond not function well after report next day send staff for checking and service..prompt action Hotel breakfast simple and every day was same But coffee was nice..if you just look for a cup of coffee with bread then is ok..otherwise suggest book for room only.
