地點位置優勝，近BTS,周邊食、揼同購物方便，員工態度親切！ 只有少許地方可留意，冲涼花灑頭水力不足夠，間中有漏水， 枕頭過軟有扁榻感覺（純個人）可能員工一時遺忘沒有放置拖鞋，洗衣袋，洗手間用品（牙刷），如能提供棉花棒會方便些！ 整體感覺好的，泳池在頂樓，又有Pool Bar 冇得頂，房間舒適，簡潔風！下次會再入住

There is an Emporium nearby, so it is very convenient for shopping for luxury souvenirs and branded goods. The view was good and the room was spacious and clean. The breakfast on the 8th floor has a very good view, and it was nice to be able to eat comfortably from early morning. However, there were no slippers or toothbrushes, so I had to prepare them, which was a little inconvenient that I think it's a minor drawback.

以前我都係住開樓下同集團嘅Ibis, 貪佢性價比高不過隔音真係唔得, 連隔離房大聲啲講嘢都聽得到, 朝早啲閂門聲, 房務員做嘢嘅嘈雜聲真係好惡頂, 所以今次選擇閒日價錢實惠嘅Mercure ; 房間比Ibis大啲但唔算太多, 但兩個人加兩個大喼一定夠位擺仲有空間走動, 隔音比Ibis好好多, 上面提到嘅問題幾乎係冇, 不過窗簾雖然有兩層但仲係有漏光情況, 我個人唔鍾意早起所以唔係咁滿意；設施方面我無享用過早餐, 而泳池同健身室都只係屬於好過無類型, 始終唔係五星級酒店都唔可以太高要求；而賣點最主要係方便, 樓下就已經有7-11, 斜對面就係Emporium商場, 又有間同Super Rich差唔多匯率嘅找換店, 唔使特登去排隊唱錢, 附近又有幾間質素唔錯嘅按摩店, BTS Phorm Phong站行過黎只係兩三分鐘, 撘車去Terminal 21只係一個站, Siam Paragon, Central World, 四面佛嗰邊都係四五個站, Phorm Phong站另一邊仲有另一個商場Emquartier, 要買野食野只會令你有選擇困難；總括黎講如果唔怕嘈同間房細嘅又冇設施嘅Ibis一定冇得輸, 想住得舒服啲又唔想比太多錢嘅Mecure其實都唔錯

房間冰箱沒有冷凍庫，冷藏也非常不冷。浴室水溫忽冷忽熱，水壓也不穩，連住不整理房間沒關係至少補水跟倒垃圾吧？ 工作人員英文不太好，沒聽懂也裝聽懂，急著掛電話，但要求都沒做，等了半小時又再打一次結果是當沒聽到。這個價位可以在曼谷住到更好的。 另外是沒有附牙刷牙膏的。

A nice hotel
Very convenient location, comfortable bed. The hotel doesn’t provide toothbrushes and toothpaste, but even you didn’t bring, a 7-11 is located next to hotel entrance.

酒店位置非常方便，酒店非常新，員工非常友善，大堂光鮮新潮，亦有一間小小的酒吧。房間整體非常整潔，而且亦非常新，美中不足之處是沒有提供拖鞋和牙刷牙膏，可能為了環保？酒店有泳池和健身房，同設在相同樓層非常方便，健身儀器亦非常齊全，滿足到每天需要運動的我，泳池景觀優美，有小型酒吧。餐廳提供的食物亦非常好吃，我很喜歡它的早餐時段，食物齊備足夠，午餐我亦嚐過，味道亦非常不錯。整體而言這酒店非常值得推介，5星評分👍

Very good place to stay
We arrived early and were allowed to have an early check in. The staff attitude was very good. It is a brand new hotel in an extremely convenient location. If the hotel can provide cotton pad and slippers, it would be perfect!

地點鄰近bts站，酒店倘算乾淨，酒店用品，如牙刷，牙膏，拖鞋等也沒有提供，要詢問櫃檯才有，建議大家自備好些。另外洗澡時水溫會時冷時熱，水壓好像不是很強，出水量不是很多，可能是住高層的關係吧。 酒店早餐還可以，但供應時間比較短，只是供應到早上10:00，如能供應到10:30或11:00會更佳。

地理位置良好，值得住看看的飯店
離BTS很近，可以從百貨公司裡通行，就不用提著行李爬樓梯了。 櫃檯人員很親切，但需要耐心，可能是新飯店的原因，效率比較慢一點。房間跟大廳都很乾淨整潔。 訂到的其中一間廁所抽風壞了，房間內一直有很難聞的味道，跟櫃檯講之後，過了一天有得到改善。 飯店樓下就有7-11，買零食回飯店吃很方便。

We have spent 3 nights in this new hotel. We have found the water drip leaking from the air condition in the 1st night and the hotel manager is responding fast and they arrange a new room for us. Overall, it’s a pleasant stay.
