The room and facilities were great and the staff was so nice and helpful, but my room had a bug issue unfortunately. I will say they were willing to fix the situation which was much appreciated! But I was already a bit perturbed and had to move elsewhere. Without that problem everything else was great.

Comfortable Stay

This is a comfortable stay in the Bangkok Samut Prakan area - the hotel has spacious room, decent internet and is well kept and quiet - there is an outdoor pool downstairs, the breakfast is ok - there’s better offerings at other hotels buf none the less a good option it’s there….will definitely stay again.

Definitely off the beaten path, but a short walk to Sukhumvit Road. Street food and a large mall a short distance away. Friendly and polite staff. Pool and gym. Very clean room. I would stay again when in the area.

Away from the centre, though still has it all

Samut is several stops on the BTS form the city, so its great to be away from the centre. The area as good shopping and food options. Rooms are modern, spacious and quiet. Breakfast is basic. Pool is small though good to ctach some sun and cool off for an hour of so

I have been coming here for the past 7 years. The hotel staff treats you with the utmost respect and kindness. The breakfast bar is excellent. The rooms are clean and comfortable and shopping is withing walking distance. I visit Bangkok every year and always come here first.

Good Hotel in calm neighborhood

Nice hotel and very friendly staff :) It's a bit away from the action of Sukhumvit road , in a calm neighborhood. Clean room / bathroom, comfortable bed and brand new TV Only thing with room for improvement: The air conditioning was directly over the bed and a bit oversized in our room, which made it quite noisy at night

This is an ideally located hotel for access to the city and the airport. The room was clean and well attended to by housekeeping. The reception staff were very helpful with my requests and arranging airport Transportaion. The area around to the hotel has many markets with great bargains, far better than the tourist markets in the city area.

Enjoyed my stay very much. Rooms are big staff is very sweet. Some insects issues though. They spray on a daily basis and the smell is too strong. Great value for the money.
