櫃檯人員ANN ANNA幫助許多 熱心協助我們 非常感謝! 雖然飯店是老飯店 房間都很大 電梯超快 早餐豐盛 還有下午五點後點心(不知是不是行政客房關係) 一切都很好 我也喜歡泳池 很舒服

We stayed at two other hotels before Executive suite @Windsor, most expensive than the first 4 nights at other hotels, kind of expecting better... but disappointed, it is a old style hotel, located not on main road, at night have to be careful of cars. Check in so call executive counter, but not especially welcoming. when get into room, was disappointed, furnitures are old and run down with no repairs. only the bed is not bad. Tv channels in sitting room is not working, view at night was disappointed, not much lights! No decor for my anniversary,which I emailed them two months ago. 2nd night was worst, renovated room next door, had a terrible chemical smell, I was very upset, how can they arrange guest stay next door with heavy smelly renovated room? very inconsiderate, certainly after my complaint they changed us to other room with even worst view without any apology. So call executive lounge is just fair, very limited drinks and snack offered, but service was very good. Breakfast was fair. When we ask for taxi to airport, doorman suggested us the car cost $400, which was not commercial license.He dropped us off not in departure floor and we need to push two heavy luggages for many minutes. Honestly, this hotel need renovation, lots of common area is disgusting, carpet etc, badly run down and dated.Unpleasant feeling although it is a big hotel with 4 , 5 stars?

酒店門面不算喜眼,但一進大堂可見老舊華麗內堂設計,但非常之大.大堂接待處分別可以同時間辦理兩間酒店check in .非常方便.

Location is ok, but staff.....
Hotel's location is ok, in the mid of 2 BTS station. Breakfast choice at 32/F is limited. G/F restaurant has more choice but the staff attitude is not that good, especially staff of G/F restaurant. I can't understand why the G/F restaurant has to play India music in the morning and during Christmas. Besides, you have to tell concierge's staff you need a taxi charged with meter, otherwise, they will call taxi asking for an agreed price. Not very helpful. More, when we used the free shuttle bus go to Siam Paragon, all other guests left the car at MBK and the driver encouraged us to go to MBK too. Well, we wanted to go to Siam Paragon, we didn't want to go to MBK just because you wanted to back to hotel immediately. Anyway, there are many other choice in Bangkok, so.....

Ich war nun bereits zum 3. Mal im Windsor Suites Hotel und es wird auch bei meinem nächsten Besuch meine Unterkunft sein. Das Hotel ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber es wird ständig modernisiert. Dieses Mal war man dabei, den ganzen Eingangsbereich zu erneuern. Die Zimmer sind hell, sehr geräumig und gross. Ich reserviere jedes Mal ein Eckzimmer bzw. eine Pano Corner Suite. Durch den Zugang zur Lounge hat dieses Zimmer ein wirklich interessantes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis.

Ihan ok mesta, kävelymatkan päässä shopping mall ja paljon ruokapaikkoja. Aamiainen todella monipuolinen ja vaihtelua oli joka päivä. Samassa hotelissahan on kaksi majoituspuolta(windsor suites ja executive windsor, kummalakin oma varaus-sivu hotels comin sivuilla) ja kanattaa ottaa toi executive puoli jos hinnat on kohdillaan. Hintaan kuuluu lounge käyttö iltaisin 17:30-19:30 missä ilmaista juotavaa ja pikkusuolaista. Allasalue oikein mukava ja siisti.

property itself is relatively old, not renovated. Janitors are working properly to keep cleanliness, but it’s too old to take care by themselves. There was water leaking from Toilet, tho engineer just came and fixed. Staffs are relatively good but not what I expected from the reviews like”all staffs are so cheerful and kind “ The most difficult time was on my departure day. They didn’t help me to get the proper taxi to the airport. Fortunately I used to live in Thailand and could get by myself, but it all took 20mins to just to pick a taxi. Good points are; spacious room, Location, well equipped gym, nice pool and Free Drinking water bottle service.

Staff are all very friendly and I only have good things to say about this hotel. I strongly recommend the executive rooms which provide for free use of the executive lounge in the evening for cocktails and nibblies and breakfast in the morning. The Mai Tai cocktail is the best I have ever had! The Pool is also very nice. I will definitely stay again.

Das Hotel ist schon in die Jahre gekommen aber doch ganz in Ordnung. Gewählt habe ich es wegen des Pools. Dieser ist wirklich gut. Man findet immer einen guten Platz. Auch für Schatten ist mit den vielen Bäumen gesorgt. Das Fitnesstudio macht auch einen guten Eindruck. Die Zimmer sind zwar alt, aber sauber. Frühstück nichts besonderes. Selber Mist wie in tausend anderen Hotels in Thailand. Die Lage zwischen T21 und Emporium finde ich persönlich super

Great pool and service
Beautiful hotel with great staff and amenities. The pool area is highly recommended. The hotel could do with some renovations such as changing wallpapers, lighting and the bathroom interior. Spotlessly cleaned and over all a good place. I will go there again.

Bra beliggenhet, men hotellet har sett sine bedre dager. Har nok vært et flott hotell for noen år siden, men det er gammelt og slitt. Frokosten er virkelig dårlig, varm maten er kald, lite alternativer av pålegg og grønt og det som finnes er tilgjort på lite fristende måte. Her betaler du for beliggenhet, ikke noe mer.
