Excellent location to BITEC, also within walking distance to the train station. Good basic facilities and buffet breakfast. Room was as described, had everything we needed for a 4 night stay. Lovely staff. Across the road from 7/11 for supplies.

One of the worst properties I’ve ever been. The front desk staffs were good. Rooms were old and out dated AC doesn’t work properly, was refused to be provided with additional towels or water as they have 2 per day policy even though we checked in at 9 pm. Bed and linens were not comfortable. Wouldn’t recommend

We booked a suite there And upon checking in, we noticed there was food left on the table, the previous guest had left clothes in the laundry machine and very Unsanitary bathroom conditions. The hotel is within 15-minutes walking distance from BITEC. The room has no noise-proof installations, so all the noises from the highway and from the hotel halls came into the room, making it impossible to properly rest at night. Moreover, there were some areaa of the room and its bathroom that were not properly cleaned.

We have done several hotels in Bangkok throughout our journey there, and this was by far the worst. Let’s start with check-in where the staff barely understood some of our questions that we had concerning all day, the shuttle that is supposedly available for guests, concerning the services that the hotel is supposed to provide. The room in itself is spacious, but there are no safeguards at the windows, which could lead to someone falling to their death quite easily. The bathroom has no curtains or door for the shower, which means that every time that someone takes a shower water is everywhere. And let’s not even talk about the shower-head that was broken and never fixed. There is a small space for a kitchenette, that is render completely useless by the lack of microwave or small stove, thankfully there is a fridge. The lighting in the middle of the room is mid at best, So, if you are planning to pack your bag in the middle of the night just before leaving in the morning, you have to do it on the desk. The room service is in existent after 8 pm, and if you have anything delivered to you, don’t expect them to bring it to your room or even ring you to let you know that it has arrived. The food for breakfast is there but nothing tasty or out of the ordinary & the options for vegetarian/vegans are very limited. The air conditioning is terrible in the room as well. All the wind goes to one person in the bed because of how it is situated on the wall. And the pool was freezing cold!

Minha experiência foi incrível! Todos os funcionários são muito atenciosos. O café da manhã é maravilhoso. O único porém é a academia, que é muito precária. Possui apenas 2 equipamentos que não funcionam bem e ficam ao ar livre. Sugiro à equipe do hotel atualizar a informação da academia no site, assim ninguém é pego de surpresa. Do restante, ótimo!! Parabéns a todos.

Supert opphold

Veldig god service. Hyggelige resepsjonister og ansatte. Rask innsjekk og utsjekk. Gode senger. Ryddig og romslige rom med mulighet for å bestille mat opp til hotellet (Roomservice). Innendørsbasseng er også et pluss. Litt liten balkong, og ikke noen spesiell utsikt (men det kan ha med hvilket rom man blir plassert på?). Alt i alt, super fornøyd med hotellet og servicen.

Nice place

I liked this place, but the placement of aircondition directly towards the bed was not optimal. In the end I ended up turning it off, instead of having the aircon blow directly in my face as I started get a sore throat.

隔音不好

唯一的優點就是離展覽館近, 飯店有接送的shuttle bus 到展館. 附近沒有什麼餐廳可以吃飯, 最近的有一間距離3.5公里遠的百貨公司 central plaza. 早餐很普通 每天幾乎都是一樣的 沒有太多的變化. hotel人員的英文普通. Door man 很親切. Wifi不是很好. 隔音也不太好.
