When we check in this hotel, the staff are very impolite, and the staff try to keep our passport and tell us this is rule which us horrible and let us feel very scared. Anyway i must not chose this hotel again.

Very nice staff but old bathroom
Family vacation with a teenager. 10 mins walk to Asok BTS station or Phrom Phong BTS station or Sukhumvit MRT station. Staffs were very nice and helpful, allowing us to check in early for 1 hour and store our luggages free after checking out. But, the bathroom is old and renovation is needed. Loud music from bar/restaurant on G/F was heard even on 3/F after mid night. Breakfast did not have many choices so I only ate a vege omlette and drink a couple glasses of pineapple and orange juice. Although we paid for our 3 day room price with breakfast included, but they only gave us breakfast coupon for 1 day only.

Hotel a bit old, the bathtub looks like very dirty.
Bathroom water color is yellow in the beginning.
We live on 3rd floor where breakfast location.It is very noisy in every morning.
But it's convenient and easy to go to BTS station.

comfort stay with reasonable price!
Try not to be a neighbor to Mainland China tour groups, they can be a huge noise source......and start shouting since they awake in the morning.
Room has a safe inside,which is useful! Clean and comfortable, hotel's location close to many spots.
A nice place to stay as long as your trip won't spend too much time in the hotel room.

10min from Phrom Phon St. and 15min walk from Asok St. Location is good.
Hot water is not plenty, just enough.
And wifi password is only 1or2 devices/room. It is not enough.
