普通還可以
飯店在巷子底走路進去雖不遠約5分鐘是帶著孩子或提著購物袋還是不太方便，飯店提供的接駁嘟嘟車半小時才一班真的不夠尤其晚上很晚回來時看著別家飯店嘟嘟車都來了兩三趟了還等不到自家飯店的車，就會後悔應該訂別家飯店。飯店早餐樣式不多，口味一般，健身房是24小時算是優點。房間有客廳小廚房和臥室還算乾淨但是原以為一雙一單床是固定的，沒想到是臨時加張單人床頓時臥室變小，且床墊舒適度有差。我以特價入住一晚800可以接受但若是原價一晚3000就不推薦此飯店。

地點不方便，需要行一段路才可以去到商場，絕不會再入住，夜晚沒有員工守住，很不安全的感覺，成條路都沒有食店，夜晚行返去段路好危險

接待處職員尚算友善，有24小時篤篤車服務，篤篤車司機非常有禮，笑容可掬，主動協助行理搬運，值得讚揚！滿意房間日常整理，但設備有點陳舊，毛巾和枕袋有相信是洗不掉嘅汚漬！感覺有點不安！整體住宿尚算滿意！

Getting worse compare with year 2016
When we just arrived in the hotel and ask for special discount breakfast coupon(discount from web-site), but hotel staff said that they don't hv any special discount for breakfast and ask us contact their reservation department. next day morning reservation staff said we can hv $110 discount for our breakfast (after discount we need to pay for $190 per head, thats mean normal price for breakfast should be $300 per head). but we find out hotel hotel breakfast charge $250 not $300, they explained that, they sell $300 per haed to expedia then sell to us, its really ridiculous and I really feel like cheated by them, also my room air-con water lecking for few days, they even not say sorry and provide another room for us. This is my second time to stay in this hotel, but now I really feel so disapointed with this hotel and their management. I don't think I will stay this hotel anymore.

EVERYTHING IS GOOD BUT LOOK LIKE NOT A 4 STARS
Room is clean but the sofa.It's nice with a coffee machine in the lobby for free. The staff members are friendly. good location to BTS & MRT, The facilities, swimming pool and gym room are fully equipped but small also they have a free Tuk Tuk transfer service for 24 hours! btw the free coffee in the room were so bad taste .

8 minutes from Asoke and 12 minutes from Nana. Given the price, the location is satisfactory. The hotel is at end of alley, but there is usually a tuktuk going around to take guests from the hotel to the main road. If the tuktuk is provided everytime we walk through the alley, then the location would not be a problem at all. The room is big neat and tidy. Ample space for us to open two large luggage all the time. The kitchen space is an extra. We have no chance to try the facilities of the hotel, but the outdoor beds near the pool looks very comfortable. The hotel lobby is not very big, but usually provides simple drinks. The staff are nice in general, and speaks quite fluent english.

整體十分不錯的酒店
酒店所在地區位置方便，鄰近T21商場及BTS，但酒店位於巷子尾端而且地面凹凸不平，如帶行李行走需時6分鐘以上，不過可以用酒店接駁車服務。是次入住免費upgrade一級至普通套房，房間算整潔，工作人員十分友善。有機會會再次入住！

飯店櫃檯人員服務品質不佳
到達飯店辦理入住時，兩間房間的房卡前後替換了三次，其中一間還不能使用，還說要用公共通用卡給我們用，感覺非常不安全，後來請維修人員來維修才順利解決． 在到達飯店前三天有說明會晚到，並且以註明需要的是單人床，訊息上回復的是：已經準備好等我們的來到．結果入住時，沒有跟我說明是雙人床，二且房間出問題也說明滿房，沒有房間可換，半夜十二點後，房間冷氣壞掉，說請維修人員來修，沒瓣法修後，才說有房間換，然後自己拖行李拿綿被，櫃檯服務人員態度差． 隔天跟經理抱怨，也才給早餐優惠折扣，免稅商店折扣碼（特定地點，機場不能用） 櫃檯人員服務差，其他人員還不錯． 去年住過，覺得都很好，今年差到不行，以後不會再住了～
