Except the following issues, all the rest were good.
1. Rooms with a connected door to the next room can't isolate the sound.
2. Right after I checked in and paid the full amount, the staff told me they would prepare the invoice immediately and sent to my room. However, I hadn't receive it before I checked out 4 days later, even asked them daily during my stay. When I could receive the invoice was not really crucial, but the administration didn't seem to be serious.
3. I was agreed late check-out at 1PM instead of 12PM, but still received a call at 12:15PM to push me to leave by 12:30PM. Although the staff finally still agreed me to check out at 1PM, this shows again the administration wasn't good enough and consequently affected the service quality.
4. The hotel locates in a small lane. There is a standing signboard with the hotel's name at the end connected to the main road Asoke Montri Road. However, this signboard is facing to the same direction of the car flow, so that cars on the same side can't see it and may easily miss this lane. I would suggest suggest that putting another sign of the hotel's name facing the car drivers (near 7-11 side), so that cars can better find it.
