they don't except Hotel.com reservations

"Do not book, I booked through hotel.com and when arrived they said they no longer except hotel.com reservations. Hotel customer support tried to get in contact with them and were unable, so my refund was not approved. They should removed themselves from the hotel.com app to prevent customers from ..."
