"Our overall stay was great! My family and I were pleased. It was so wonderful to be greeted with smiles and enthusiasm each day! Down side-- When we were ready to get our room clean, we were disappointed when we got back from our day trip. The way I left the towel I used that morning was still on the bed exact same position untouched. Garbages were picked up, soaps were refilled, the tip my husband left for the environmental service was taken BUT nothing else was done! Floor towel was on the floor, bathroom floor was not swept and towels weren't changed nor replaced!"

"This hotel was full of nostalgia & went above & beyond to make our stay top notch! I truly can't say enough about the quality of staff, hotel restaurants & food, quality drinks alcohol & non, cleanliness, activities offered, the pool area was incredibly clean, comfy & the backdrop of the mountains was breath taking!!! We have been to many hotels around the world but this one far exceeds!!!! "

"Our family had a spacious, clean suite with large, private bedrooms. Hotel has a beautiful structure and aesthetic. Staff dealt with issues instantly. Near the shops and restaurants of Banff town. Ideal place for a family ski trip. "

"Overall, the room was very comfortable, the staff were all very friendly, and the location was excellent. We really enjoyed our stay. It is a great hotel, and we especially appreciated that it is pet-friendly. The hot tub was also very relaxing. The only two inconveniences we experienced were with the bathroom and the fridge. The toilet kept getting clogged, and we had to ask maintenance to come fix it every day. We actually felt a bit bad having to call them so often, but it did make our stay a little inconvenient. Also, the fridge seemed to be too cold. It should have been set as a refrigerator, but the milk we put inside froze overnight, so we couldn’t drink it. Other than these issues, everything else was great."
