I loved everything and will visit again when in Banff. The staff is very friendly, the location is superb and the room was clean. I also loved the busstop in front of the hotel. It couldn't get any better.

My only interactions with the staff were during check-in and checkout, and both were positive. They were accommodating of my room requests. The rooms are basic but very clean. The property offers underground parking for cars and surface parking for larger vehicles, including minivans. Please note that the soap and body lotion provided come with a notice stating that you will be charged if you take them. If you do not intend to take these items, be sure to inform the staff at checkout.

Nicely updated room with comfortable beds. Quiet. Will likely stay here everytime we book a ski weekend. An elevator to the lobby from the parking garage would be a much welcome improvement.

The location is good and it is a short walk to the downtown . The room is very clean and the bed is comfortable. I am very grateful for them to accommodate my every specific request. We have a wonderful stay.

When we got there I looked on Expedia and it was 35 dollars cheaper said she would give me the deal said I had dog so she put 30 dollars add on so that made it 150 but when I checked in a 4 the new girl charged 100 deposit and again 30 for the dog I told the new girl when we checked out but she wouldn’t do anything about it so we paid twice to have the dog with us was very disappointed in the staff

Room wouldn’t lock. ie anyone could just walk on in. Bed frame was half destroyed, making the bed impossible to sit on. The hot tub was horribly dirty. Once cleaned it was way too cold. False fire alarm late at night. Economical is the only thing going for it. Never staying here again. Also, when checking in, the staff were horribly rude. The stay kinda ruined our Banff weekend.

The price listed on Expedia was not the price we paid; there was additional costs because I booked 3 rooms instead of 1 which cost me an additional $55.00 a night. The room was not clean when we checked in; there was debris on the bathroom floor and a sticker on the tile in the bathroom at the floor. All 3 rooms were different when we specifically ask for 3 identical rooms and were assured that they would be when we booked; The rooms were "of the same class" but not identical. Furniture was in need of repair, the bed frame was broken, the room was extremely warm and they lock on the door stopped working; the room door would not lock. The property repaired the bed frame and the dresser drawers but not the door lock; we were told that maintenance was not available in the evening and we could remain in the same room with the door not locking or the hotel could move us at 8:30pm while we were at a family wedding and nothing could be done with the heating issue. Rooms were very warm upon arrival +25 C, the A/C works but is loud and wakes you up when your asleep; you have to have the A/C working during the night or you cook in the room even with the heating set at 10 C. All in all it was a very poor experience and I would not recommend staying here if given the choice again.

The room was very spacious and we had lots of windows. Thankfully, because the room was incredibly stuffy when we got in there, after we aired it out, everything was fine. The beds were comfy, and it was very close to everything we wanted to see. There was also a very long balcony that I wasn’t aware of as well when booking!
