"We were not greeted with a friendly way. We were treated like a nuisance. Our room was worn down. The box spring covers had rips. There were scratches all over the walls. The bedside outlets did not work; neither did the phone or clock. There was garbage under the bed. There was no patio furniture on the balcony. The breakfast the next morning was very disappointing. The eggs were rubbery, the sausage was hard, and the potatoes were mediocre. We have stayed at Country Inn and Suites many times and we will not be staying at this chain any longer."

"Mattress was dipped on one side and uncomfortable. Room was spacious, but bathroom was small. Wi-Fi was out the first day we were there, finally available the next day. Hot breakfast food was cold, luckily there was a microwave. There was no yogurt, so I asked the lady at the front desk and she said they were out and would have to order more. About 30 minutes later I walked by and there was yogurt in the fridge."
