「Terrible 0/10. Couldn’t check in, no instructions sent. Phoned host answered but said no English & just hung up twice. Expedia tried calling but just ignored phone. Left us in Marseille with nowhere to go. Total scammers, do not book. Thankfull Expedia helped us out with alternative. 」
