「No large concerns although there were some dirty spots in the bathroom and the night staff wasn’t very welcoming.」

「Decent enough, pool was cold, check in was ok.」

「The staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was delicious and filling. The view from my hotel oom was absolutely stunning. The lights on the bridge were amazing. Toledo never look d better.」

「Ok」

「Clean room staff was great」

「.」

「It was clean which was the most important. We just needed a place to sleep. The beds are very stiff. It was like sleeping on a hard board. That was the only negative.」

「We were set up in a room for disabled people (at our request). Location was great but it was next to the maintenance storage room. Lots of activity with bins rolling in and out, door slamming, and bumps into the wall. There was a small patch of black mold on the wall above the sink. Breakfast was great, staff at the breakfast bar was helpful and friendly. Great location for activities.」

「Laundry access would be good」

「Staff blamed new system for billing me after already paying for room through Expedia. Next morning when trying to resolve issue, staff was unpleasant with an attitude」
