「Friendly staff and the room was comfortable.」

「Very clean and nice Property. Plenty of free parking. We enjoyed our stay. No complimentary breakfast. Expedia showed there was. Not a big deal because we enjoy dining out.」

「Not a clean hotel. And towel are broken. Staff said room cleaner not on site they don’t have new towel to replace for me. And the room cleaner on clean room once every 3 days.」

「The coffee maker was broken. Check in staff was excellent. Check out staff was with someone else and quite brisk with me. Otherwise all was fine.」

「Dirty sheets, room, and bathroom, difficult to operate amenities, very loud can hear other rooms. Nice quick check in experience I guess.」

「The pool and hot tub were both closed. Was ok for one night, staff was friendly and helpful. Carpets were very old and stained but you can tell they are starting upgrades. Rooms were clean, and so were the linens.」

「There were stains around the bathroom sink, on the sheets, and on the pillows. There was dust and trash swept underneath the bed. The towels weren’t fresh. The water pressure was abysmal. The neighbors aren’t considerate of noise through the entire night and staff didn’t do much to help. By far the worst hotel experience I’ve had. Go book at Country Inn & Suites by Radisson instead.」

「I stayed here while waiting for my apartment to be ready after moving to the Boise area. Although the location is close to I-84 it was a very restful and peaceful stay. The facility and room were a little dated but clean and everything worked as designed (i.e. TV, mini-fridge, microwave, Climate Controls etc.). The beds were very comfortable and was able to get good sleep each night. There are several good restaurants nearby too not just the usual characters. I would definitely stay there again.」
