Le personnel n’est pas des plus chaleureux surtout à l’accueil. Nous avons apprécié le club lounge, le service y était plutôt sympathique. La literie était parfaite, le ménage régulier et bien fait. "Multiple maintenance issues throughout our stay for my wife's 50th birthday. Day 1: Broken USB socket (only power source on one side of bed), broken drawer runners in wardrobe, and loose toilet roll holder. Reported issues, waited 15 mins for maintenance. Day 2: Despite telling reception at 6:30am we'd be out all day, returned to find room uncleaned and nothing repaired. They blamed a door button that was never explained to us at check-in. Poor coordination between reception, maintenance and housekeeping. Day 3: Drawers fixed but toilet roll holder still broken. Received apology cakes but insufficient for £385/night at a 5-star property. Basic room maintenance should have been completed before check-in. Disappointing experience for a milestone celebration."
