カウンターに人おらずやら予約が確認できないやら、部屋にたどり着くまでになんだかんだ３０分はかかりました。
近くで良い初日の出は見れましたが、敷地内には前夜の花火残骸放置で残念な気分に。
朝食会場ではポケットに手を突っ込んだスタッフがうろついていましたが、グリーンカレーなど朝食はとても美味しかったです。

"I've stayed at the Ozone before and it's in a quiet location with ample parking, situated only a km from the park entrance which is why i choose it. There are lots of restaurants nearby including a Laos food venue. The staff are friendly and helpful although those on reception when I checked in spoke no English. "The location is beautiful. The view from the room and breakfast is insane. I can only imagine how nice it must have been when it first opened. Now the state of it is lacking. Everywhere there is an undertone of unkemptness. The pool stairs are cracked, paint is peeling, the “gym equipment” is rotting, the chairs outside our room literally fell apart. Not confident that our room was thoroughly cleaned either. There were empty toiletry boxes from the last guess and their leftover snack remnants in the fridge. Staff was also just okay. I told them about the toiletry situation and they never addressed it. Overall it was hard to communicate with them, but that is also partly on me because I do not speak Thai. The breakfast food is extremely bland. There is also no way to lock your doors from the inside so your doors are unlocked when you are asleep. "

"Movenpick Resort is a beautiful well looked after resort with all the conveniences one would love. The surrounds, lawns and gardens are impeccable, the furniture is beautiful, and the restaurant serves incredibly lovely choice of food for breakfast. The main swimming pool is fantastically designed and the villas where we stayed are marvellous. We had our own swimming pool in our villa and it was well kept and very clean and safe. The staff are magnificent, all of them, from reception, to the management, to the valets, to the restaurant staff and chefs, gardeners and cleaners. The management staff looked after us, especially Ming (from Nang Rong) who made it very special for us when we needed some assistance. All the staff have the friendly Thai Smile, and cheerful happy faces, and all showed they valued us. It was wonderful and we would definitely love to stay again and enjoy the beauty of Movenpick Resort in Khao Yai. It is a great place to stay for a visit to Khao Yai National Park, but also the beauty of Thailand."
