"Advertised pool, gym, and exercise classes DO NOT exist. Property is not in a convenient location. I was stuck in my room with no facilities to use while my partner was at work. You ‘Wotif’ refused to help even though the manager was helping until he saw my booking was through you. I only stayed for part of my booking and moved to a great hotel with advertised facilities that DID exist. "

"This is a good choice for Ubon. The hotel is connected to a small shopping mall and next to an evening market. The room was a good size, the bed was comfortable, but the pillows were too soft.
