"No Computerized check in! Everything is done on paper! The Hotel is Beautiful except no swimming pool! The mattress was like sleeping on a Rock and my wife and I had sore backs from 1 night! We kept waking up to turn so the blood could flow! The air conditioner was pointed at our bed so we had to shut it off. They need to buy normal hotel mattresses then I will come back. Too bad the place is nice otherwise!"

"I booked standard rooms but found out there are small rooms (and were designed for accompanied people such as tour guides or drivers). Our rooms are hidden at the backyard and we can't see any view from the room. One of the room we book doesn't even have windows (it's only small air vent inside the room, not really what you can call windows.) You should book other type of rooms in order to get appropriate room type for your vacation (i.e. rooms in bungalow style houses).May be it's because I...

"The staff was beyond nice! When I was scammed and left in a jungle village by a grab-driver, they went to come pick me up, gave me food and respected my wishes when I told them I was mainly there to relax on my own and didn’t want to be disturbed all too much"

There was a bird stuck in the room chirping all night. We only completed 1/3 day stay. Staff was very friendly. this place is also in the middle of nowhere do not recommend you drive here at night so many curves and NO light "
