「After staying for a night I had the best night sleep I could ever have. With the rooms being placed not directly inside the pub makes it for a great night sleep. Only fault is the walls are not super sound proof. However, from a range of breakfast options which is cooked and continental, to the location of being directly in Kendal town center it truly is a magnificent place. 「Marvellous large room with a similarly large lounge, with 2 sofas and a large TV, plus a decent bathroom. Was slightly noisy early in the evening but that stopped around 11. Very friendly staff who were very keen to help. Just a shame I couldn’t have stayed their for longer!」
