"We stayed in a basic room that was quite small. It met our needs for the 2 nights we stayed but would not be adequate for longer stays. The gym, large swimming pool and sauna were a wonderful surprise. "

"Partial ocean view if you stood up. Ground floor with quite a bit of people and dog traffic. Not very private. Disappointed at how many dogs were on the property. Most people with dogs brought two. I came to a very nice resort and it was overrun with dogs everywhere. Beautiful view in the dining room. More casual dining was not available. Dining staff attentive to our requests for special celebration. Wish the menu was more varied. Breakfast menu was terrific."

"Charlene is a wonderful hostess and she made me comfortable. Room was immaculate and very comfortable. I stayed a night and had a comfortable stay. Charlene really went above and beyond in ensuing that I was comfortable. Weather was bad and snowy in some parts of alberni but I had a comfortable stay here . "Cabin 25 was not very clean and in poor repair compared to photos on the website. There was trash in the night stand drawers, cobwebs in corners, mold in the bathroom and broken bathroom floor tiles. It’s a cosy cabin and with a good cleaning and a little tlc could be quite nice but as is, it’s overpriced. I tried to raise concerns directly with Reefpoint office staff but they said they were too busy to talk to me, put it in writing. They really didn’t seem to care quite frankly. It should be noted that despite being listed as a two bedroom there are no doors on these rooms to truly separate them from the rest of the cabin. Sound carries through all the way from the basement to the loft. No real privacy for couples traveling together. "
